Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Australian public holidays.
Shipping to Australia
We ship to all Australian states and territories. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
- Express Shipping (where available): 7–14 business days
Please note these are estimated timeframes only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods such as Christmas or major sales events.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel through the carrier's website.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Australia and selected international destinations. Delivery times for international orders outside Australia may vary. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival.
Lost or Delayed Orders
